We want you to be happy with your order, but we understand that there may be reasons why you want to return items.

For faulty merchandise we will be happy to rectify the problem, refund the price paid or offer an exchange of goods to the same value. Proof of purchase is required. All faulty items must be returned to our store or proof of fault confirmed by one of our customer service agents.

If you have changed your mind about a satisfactory product you must contact us to say you are returning the item within 14 days of purchase and it must arrive back at our store in original packaging with original labels and in a resalable condition within 28 days, we will offer either a refund or exchange of goods. Proof of purchase is required please include your receipt when returning any item goods must be unworn and unaltered. Please Note: For hygiene purposes, toiletries, jewellery, underwear and swimwear may be returned for a refund ONLY IF faulty. Proof of purchase is required.
